When I'm dying, I won't necessarily be able to brilliantly articulate the thought system of a course in miracles or Rupert Spira. But I can go like, it's okay. And you get practiced with that because it's not just when you're panicking. It's when you're blind with rage. So for me, when I start to like spiral with anxiety, I will have a moment where I'm like, what are my things again? You don't have to believe your thoughts and nurture your body. That's like, those are my diamonds.
