How Did Dow Jones Industrial Average Points Affect the Stock Market?
Like many people, i had irregular exposure to the stock market growing up. One story that really hit home for me was a caddi in high school at a local country club. And during or round, some of the golfers, it was on a week day, went inside to get dino some beer,. They said, yu're not going to believe this. Th do jones was up 300 points to day. That term gets thrown around all time, but it was never explained to me what the hek is that. What is a point? Why do these things go up and down over time?
