The Challenge With Upstream Research
product development is about decision quality and decision velocity. And so information, you know, sense making, flow, focus support, all those things encourage high quality decisions and fairly fast decisions. So if you can kind of visualize that, i think it means that you are in a world where you don't even need to call it like up front research. It's just decision support. The challenge with a lot of that is getting that longer time horizon, up stream insight into the right hands at the right time.
