It's the resistance to those thoughts, feelings and sensations that is the issue. So I use this example to a lot with parents when kids start playing golf. You can get mad, but if you get mad at yourself for getting mad, now you've created a problem. That's the biggest message I try to get across to kids because there's too much pressure.
