It's not an easy task, and doing it across sort of five offices as well, it's even complicated, and multiple time zones too. And I guess it kind of lends itself to the sort of the business model of architect firms like Gensler which work in those methods,. But I think upon reflection, we kind of shifted into more of a headquarter type operation where we were saying that, you know what, London is our actual London, New York or headquarters. We should really centralize a lot of production to those areas.
