The Pleasures and Value of Flow

i was lamenting that i don't think i experienced flow very often in my life any more. It's tough to get out of there. In order to get to the higher place, you've got to kind of go through some unpleasantness. But i think it's true, and i think the pleasures and value of flow, it's Tough to get there.
