The Values of Education

I think I have very strong values. My grandma instilled this thing in us about you need to aim high, work hard, education as the answer to making the most of your life. And so we had a very strong family I would say, a very strong sense of family. So I've always been a conservative but I've never always been political. But at university I ended up being president of the Cambridge Union which some would say was very political but I wasn't very involved in CUKA which was the conservative association. Yeah plotting came later. I believe in getting on and doing the work, not plotting.
