i'm from tiboto, louisiana, which is a little north of where we're at right now. i grew up a in le fouche parish and i was kind of raised cooking. My mam and dad were great cooks. I've never had a job out o the kitchen. First job was boiling crawfish, crab and shremp at express sea food and ti et to louisiana. That was my first job. Then you went up and sheffd went up to the big city. And shaft in new york for a long time.I dared ye.
