Building Trust in Common Property

I think there's a lot of interesting ways people could invest time and money into a shared property environment like this that can build trust. I see generally with these two app ideas or they're not just app ideas, they're ideas for the ways that law should be changed in society. And I do see the sort of app side, the website side being a big part of what makes it work.
