What Happened to HBO and Time Warner?
HBO eventually becomes the most important thing in what was then called Time Warner. AT&T buys it because they want to have their own version of Netflix. The deal finally happens when you start writing the book comes 2021. I don't think there was a Eureka moment. That's what you're looking for. A lot of things that took place from 2016 to 2021, starting with the DOJ contesting the deal.
