The Endowment Purpose for Vacher

I certainly think there is an endowment purpose for this that we don't know. Maybe but it's still too much of a coincidence that two siblings would both be returned. I'm also just wondering if Vacher, once you introduce the idea of being able to manipulate other people's memories and your own memories, there's a lot of like Charles Xavier-esque problems that get brought up. It doesn't really seem to be the case because like you mentioned he specifically comments that endowment takes their memories. Obviously that wouldn't apply to what happens after he returns.
