How Do You Optimize Your Marketing Strategy for Black Friday?
November has been a little bit different than October in that I really do think people are waiting to see when that best deal is going to hit. And so we have been monitoring that really closely with the way we output communication. So the intent is to make sure that we're creating that sense of scarcity, that you can't wait to Black Friday or there's a decent chance it won't be there.
