The Importance of Self-Reflexive Politics
I think he defines Marxism at some point as that position in philosophy where you are responsible to and accountable to the working class. It doesn't have to do with any particular doctrinal commitment. He's clearly not talking about being sort of fanatical and you're beating your head against the wall. I'm seeing this standpoint is always in relationship to, to those to whom you have a responsibility to.
