One of the biggest things that a lot of developers can do to increase their odds of success is partnering up with someone who is non probably non technical or maybe they are technical but also interested in like owning the kind of the business side of the company. Paul Graham: If you're going to go out and try to talk to customers, you need to read this book first. There's so many ways that customer will accidentally lie to you.
