Mole had been working very hard all the morning, spring cleaning his little home. He suddenly flung down his brush on the floor and bolted out of the house without even waiting to put on his coat. Spring was moving in the air above and in the earth below and all around him. So let's take one more deep breath, collecting any worries or concerns on your inhale and then letting them all go on your exhale. Now you can just listen to the sound of my voice as you make your way into a peaceful sleep. And while you do that, I'll turn to the first pages of the wind in the willows.
