Why Should We Develop Empathy for Our Customers?
The goal of having a business is to deliver value to customers. And the only way that you can deliver value to people is by understanding deeply so that you can create products that help them and communicate those products in a way that resonates. There's information and data everywhere about what customers are looking for, how they discover things, how they want to go through a buying process. If any marketer that's listening to this, or anyone else wanted to do it, it's really easy to go and get information by just accessing customers.
