The Elders Are to Direct the Affairs of the Church

S i was put on the board that oversaw sort of the whole organization. And two leakues into it, i guess, maybe one or two meetings into it,. i realize pretty quickly that there's only one person on that board that has any decision making power and that was the apostle. Ao whant ever bhodhe called e ah, yes and no ah. He would certainly say he was apostolic. The elders are to direct the affairs of the church. They were local church servants who did not govern either the day to day or the overarching mission or direction of the local church that they were. S i watched two big exits of leaders that were a part of the community.
