You got a lot of jobs at stake, so you don't want to overspend and have to come into the office and fire the people that you just hired. And also, you have these choppy sale cycles where, you know, a bunch of customers will cancel one month, and all of a sudden you're making half the money did. So number five, invest in capacity.
