Are You Having a Bad Relationship?

If you find yourself potentially angry at what i'm saying right now, or frustrated, especially around this idea, maybe i've made a bunch of decisions that we're out of alignment over the course of years. If there isn't a really strong emotional response to that, it can often be a sign that there's a part of you that's resonating with the truth of it and is terrified if that is actually true. So just be wary of how the mind takes like an intuitive knowing and then creates a whole big ego story about what it means.
