Most people who reach out to me and express interest, I'd just say, hey, I can tell you where this ends. It's probably going to end with you being on a diet that is either ketogenic or very close to ketogenic. You know, you don't have to kind of go through this process of letting the device kind of slowly push you there. So moving on, we've talked a little bit about low carb diets in general. Like I said, very sensible. If you're taking a very moderate approach and you're doing it with a lot of flexibility... There are some less flexible applications that I would not advise.
