The Importance of Stability in Capabilities
I think people get, they got this like kink about programs of record, because it's the only thing that's recurring and that is like, has a degree of stability. And I agree with it's, it's divorced from an operational outcome. But again, you then refocus people on on value. It was actually something in the army we poked that pretty hard and actually saw some momentum it by saying, Hey, instead of writing requirements that are like, you know, thou shalt do this on Thursday at the end of the day,. That to me makes way the heck more sense.
