I think what Philip said could be summarized by saying the risk in is good, the coupling is bad. I fully subscribe to the idea that for Europe, the coupling from China is not only detrimental, but it will also be impossible if we look at a number of technologies and critical raw materials. So having international collaborations and keeping the doors open to that, it's very important. We should not fall into the temptation of closing our borders. But as Philip said, one needs to monitor and one needs to monitoring that we are basically not the only ones in Europe playing by the rules of the game.
