People always say that, i'm glad this is the research. Because if you you have to move thing a from here to there, whether you do in five bits or not. But again, because it's not something that's really been looked at until the last few years,. It was always felt that you needed almost kind of a minimum period of exercise. And it's not true. Most people should be able to find five minutes repeatedly during the day to go for a brisk walk. That will give you the benefit of that 30 minutes of exercise.
