Letting Go of the Illusion of Control
The nature of mind is empty and without any foundation whatsoever. Your own mind is insubstantial like the empty sky. Look at your own mind to see whether this is so or not. When we look for the mind, there's nothing to find. In the not finding, as one teacher said, that's the finding. That's what we want to realize. And it's very powerful and it opens up a whole different way of being with experience.
