I've always kind of been seeking accessing just that pop off the ground I had in jumping and in sprinting. When I do the supination, you know, experience movements where I'm experiencing my foot in a more supinated manner. We need to make sure we have good strength in all our tissues. And if the foot can't well with the hip and the knee, then I'm going to be thrown off and definitely not get that pop."
