A study just came out in current psychiatry that was on iron deficiency and psychiatric patients. Patients dealing with worse psychiatric issues had a much lower rate of just much lower iron levels. Your iron levels are incredibly important to everything you do. Get your blood tested, check your ferritin,. make sure it's over 40 and ideally even higher.
