Director Ray: Chinese government seems to be trying to quote, thwart and obfuscate the work here. He added that there is moderate confidence from the agency's investigation that this started as a lab leak. The WHO initially said after their field visit in 2021, that it's highly unlikely it started in a lab; China also asked to go back.
