Learning Is More Effective When It's Inactive
Osmosis means to do something without thinking too much, like almost mindlessly. You are learning or doing something but without putting the mental effort on it. And that actually reminds me of a friend's episode where Chandler is trying to quit smoking and he listens to those hypnosis tapes. That must be how the English lessons work as well, the ones that you're supposed to listen to at night. Maybe we'll have to get some expert in and do a podcast on that.
