The Effects of Space Liquids on Light

This theory says instead of having space like a rigid crystal of locations without a fix to each other, loosen it up a little bit and let those flow. It leads to different predictions for how light moves through this sort of liquidy space. If you shoot a super high energy photon across the universe, instead of it getting to the other side of the universe with the same amount of energy, it would lose some of that energy to like this sloshing of space itself. Sounds like we're all in a hot tub.
