Consciousness of People Is Not the Problem

I don't think the problem is with the consciousness of the american people. I think we are decent, dignified peoplewo whether we think about it religious, spiritual terms of love or not. That's not where the problem lies. The problem lies with the basic destruction of of the social agreement at the court of representative democracy. Our government, our democracy to day, does not reflect the will of the people. that's the problem money in politics. And i'm sure you want to address that with public policy a. But is it? Is it?
