Is It Better to Delegate or Not to Delegate?

It really depends on who you are as a founder. But for me, i definitely focus most on the product. I built the initial product, so i stay as close as i can to the product. Other founders maybe get a little bit deeper into different things and leave it to their team Who have more time and have more creativity. There's there's knockbacks. And there's benefits. Sometimess better, because when you have someone overlooking the whole thing, or everybody knows what's going on,. It means that people can work on different features....
