The Importance of Cold Exposure

Lori: I hate the cold, but I forced myself to do outside runs and workouts all winter. Doug: Does this count as cold exposure? Do I really have to get in a cold bathtub or God forbid, a cold stream like Doug? Yeah, I hear you on that.
