I really try to use these moments as an opportunity to put an interim manager in place that I think has potential and stretch them into the job. And you know, I have actually been very surprised at the number of times where we would look at it and be like, yeah, this person's clearly interim. They're not going to like be able to have the job. In fact, they're so excited at the thought that like it's a stretch and they could actually deliver. That's kind of the best culture you can create in your company,. Like betting on your talent and giving them opportunities to stretch.
