Interception of Russian and Chinese Warplanes Near Alaska

• The U.S. intercepted a number of Russian and Chinese bombers in international airspace near the coast of Alaska on Wednesday, marking the first time that Russian and Chinese aircraft have crossed into Alaska’s Air Defense Identification Zone.
