Kenview on the Line: A Spin-Off Type of Move

From what I understand, the new company Kenview on the line now, that J&J will still have a majority ownership of the company moving forward. So it's not like they have totally separated everything from J&J. There is still a level of control that Johnson & Johnson will have over operations moving forward. David Hsu: The move here is to give very high-powered incentives for Kenview, the health, this consumer health company, to really emerge and innovate on its own.
