How to Build a Successful Push List

There's really like two sides of push, right? It's either if you're trying to build your own push list and there's a lot of stuff you can do. If you're buying push, I think that would be a really good starting point. Anybody who looked at the buy some push traffic, flat-iron media is a good spot. Cool. Could you actually, just for people who don't know push traffic, it's like when you go to a site in a little desktop notification pops up and says, would you want to receive notifications from the site?
