Is There a Silver Lining in the Market?

If you can find ways to find those silver linings, even in these downturns, that's a surefire sign that you are starting to control that voice in your head. You know what I find helps with the sticking to the plan or being consistent is also just understanding your why. If you have a purpose driven life where you kind of know what you're going to, I find that it doesn't matter all this noise that surrounds us at all times, you'll stay there.
