The Dance of the Nymphs
Ferris Tylus was the son of Emphytrian. He traveled with Heracles and Telamon on a ship called Argo. When they came to an area where nymphs were dancing, Ferris fell into the black water headlong. The god did rend so cruelly the heart within him that he had to be sent away for good. This is one of my favourite stories from ancient Greece.
