Is There a Strategy That's Used Over and Over Again With Glutathione?
acetylation of glutathione makes it more bioavailable in a similar way to magnesium. It's also something we use, for example, with alpha-lopeauic acid. This is definitely a strategy that is used over and over and over again. And this is how I would personally use it. Start off with acetyl glutathione or even esphenyl acetylglutathione. They're very similar. But this could be a good strategy to increase your glutathione levels rapidly and maintain them over a long period of time.
