Is There Any Inherent Stopping Point in This Mechanism?
When you hold every piece of power, and everyone's going to go there, because that's where all the rewards are. Being able to reward all your friends and punish your enemies on literally every level of society makes it pretty hard for you to yo. I don't see any other way in which kind of this a machine stops.
