How to Train for Football?

I'm trying to drive skill through the facilitation of that. And i think that's the whole thing with the representativeness, or level of it, of that information. I have a big background marta s very interested in in violence and self defence. So if you could adapt to it, and you could say safe doing it, then maybe ideally that the best way to train for football is to play 11 on 11 every day. But most people are going to get broken pretty fast, don't that? That's my guess, right?
