Is Over Excitability a Reliable Way to Identify the Highly and Profoundly Gifted?
Over exciteability is not a reliable way to identify gifted ness. Only one type of over excitability that clearly increases in strength with intelligence, and it's intellectual. Like your you can have it at lower levels of i c too. It's not god. This even gets into the issue of y ic and giftednessan - we don't want to go down that path.
