How to Train for a 10k Half Marathon

I'm going to get really competitive with it but I've been messaging Laura Williamson who's one of our editors she's running it in September. Do you know anyone for it because I didn't want to do it. Someone who knows all about elevation and structural groundwork Andy. Oh yeah. That's the fastest ever half marathon time. Don't know the fastest ever but I am interested. It was great energy around Manchester and it was beautiful to see like the sun was shining people were loving life it was fantastic. The crowds are brilliant. When you get people that are like there with the signs you got like kids holding a sort of cardboard sign saying you know punch this and you'll go faster
