Using the Fluency One Book to Learn Foreign Languages

If some polyglots and people let it learn two or three other languages they can actually start directly with our fluency one book. If you don't have any experience what I would recommend to people is if you sit down with the audio for the whole book by the time you close that but we have a thousand sentences in a book. Once you finish the thousand sentences that whole cadence of the language and the intonation and a lot of the words that have been repeated over and over  you'll actually have gained a lot of vocabulary from that exercise. It's an incredibly empowering activity right there. Then you go back to the beginning and start your regular daily practice maybe 20 minutes
