Do You Meditate in the Chamber?
I'm an expert ato. I itend to not want to, but need to meditate in the morning. Sometimes i do it when i'm in my infored sona in the evening. That's my other toy that i love to use in the evenings to help me wind down. Not everybody is ready to change their diet or go into aheiperberg chamber. But there are certain things along that spectrum. Some try metheline blue, blue, don't try walking around the block. Or don't try rop and give me 50 push ups. Do you have a personal diet that you love? Is there one in particular that has worked well for you?
