Getting the Metrics Right for the Teams
i started to get a grip by looking at the data i had at handso for example, the git history or the deployment job locks in kibana. And i implemented my own scripts to derive the metrics from the gid history and from the deploymant shop lock. But once you try to dig deeper and to really prove that your metrics are rect and you have only the data from gid history, it's a bit harder. So there's work left to do. I say, for both of your organizations, how do we make gathering these metrics and presenting them safe and easy for teams?
