"I was like, oh, i'm not a valuable enough person to be able to say no if i want to," she says. "Every time somebody would take advantage of me in some way, or i would say yes, and inconvenience myself,. my confidence would drop a little bit." She adds: "Most young people feel really uncertain of who they are and really uncomfortable in their own skin"
