How to Be Successful in UX
UX is so much broader than that for us it's how are people experiencing our brand. I'd say it comes down to a lot of empathy for people that are using your product and being able to put yourself in the shoes of someone that is going about a task. Being able to ask questions to customers is a good starting point though and knowing how to ask the right questions with that.
