The Law of Attractive Necessity
The owner or possessor has a duty to make the premises reasonably safe or to warn of hidden dangers on the land. The rule for attractive nuisance is this, a landowner or Possessor owes a duty to child trespassers that they should be aware of and protected from. We have a special rule for children. Do you have any kids in your life? If you do, youkno that kids wander into places they shouldn't be. They are curious, and they don't have a good grasp of property lines. So we have a different rule for kids to help insure their safety.
