The company at the time of the beginning of the pandemic lockdowns was fairly nascent so about 20 22 months old. I noticed that our cash reserves were not high enough to weather any type of storm even though we were new. We changed our policy so that refunds any deposits were non-refundable which brought in a whole bunch of traffic and that carried us through.
